I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities, as everything was tidy and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during my stay for a conference since they offered convenient transportation right across the street from where I needed to be. The breakfast was a highlight, providing a delicious start to my day!

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness and friendly staff truly stood out. The location was superb, as it was conveniently near several shops, and just a short walk from the Genesee Brewery and other attractions. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and the overall ambiance.

We loved our experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was top-notch and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the location was fantastic, right across from the convention center and very close to local attractions like the Eastman School of Music.
